6.0 Intercooler Pipe Kit?
No one within a 50 mile radius knows anything about intercooler piping, even the custom shops I have around here.. I have searched the internet high and low, even called Banks and MBRP for a custom build, that was like peeing in the wind..
I do not want the CFM Largemouth kit, I want it chrome. Maybe you all know of some website or someone that can do it? |
If your plumbing isn't the plastic type, polish it up real nice (chrome intensifies blemishes, not cover them up), and send it to a local plating shop. It looks like you are over thinking this.

No limit sells what you're looking for. Hot and cold side, polished or natural, as many threaded bungs welded in as you want...

You can just buy the metal side pipe from Ford too, if you want. It's much cheaper than the No Limit stuff. The Ford setup is ~ $105 from Tousley. It comes with boots and clamps, I put it on myself since my plastic cracked on me. P/N for that is 6C3Z-6C640-AA
The no limit stuff can be bought from one of these guys: Rudy's Diesel Elite Diesel Maryland Peformance Diesel River City diesel Absolute Performance Element Injection for you Canadian bastuds. The cold side kits are $425 Raw Aluminum $450 Polished Aluminum, the hot sides kits are $325 raw $350 polished, if you buy both they knock $50 off (must buy at the same time). You can specify how many bungs you want welded in on order and where you want them. Here's the cold side kits, notice how the intake elbow is part of the piping now, and the joint connection is moved down out of site, cleans up the engine bay a bit. They are 3in ID. http://powerstrokearmy.com/photopost...0_intake_2.JPG Both hot and cold installed on a 6.0 (Vanilla Ice, if you know the truck) http://img.tapatalk.com/46c4c24a-1be6-09ce.jpg |
Now besides for the cosmetic aspect is their any other beneficial part to removing the elbow and making it one solid piece :humm:

The No Limit cold side has a smoother bend into the intake manifold. I don't know if that would result in a seat of the pants felt improvement, but it has to be worth something.

wow those are awesome! are those 4''? and do the ones from ford look as good as the no lim ones?
