Rollin coal??
 

My 7.3idi non turbo will not dump black smoke at all I have the injectors turned up and everything... What could I do to roll coal?

Cody, rolling coal is a touchy subject around here. I don't know much about obs trucks so I can't answer your question. Most guys will tell you to build it for performance and smoke will come as a by product

Yeah,the coal industry is real powerful on this website, don’t like to be associated with dumping raw fuel out the tailpipe.

Hmmm, don’t know where that came from, but I've heard if you crank the internal leafspring screw on the injection pump up a couple flats it should smoke a bit. If you've already done that, you may be out of luck. Buy a smoke machine from a party store.

Drill a hole through the turbo and bolt it solid. That oughta make it smoke. HEHE

Should he install the turbo on the engine first or just leave it in the garage as some kind of voodoo smoke generator? This one's got the factory installed turbo delete option. :tttt:HEHE:c:

plastic bag over the air cleaner will make it smoke.

Just keep in mind that dumping additional fuel will create a bunch of heat, dangerously, and you could end up melting pistons. Lugging will also end up hurting your engine with additional heat as well as possibly killing your bottom end. During lugging, the engine is at low RPMs and so is your oil pressure, essentially beating up your rod bearings (higher rpms= higher safer oil pressure). Do you have a pyrometer gauge to monitor EGTs?

If you want to "roll coal" get a first gen cummins and white sunglasses like every other dousch haha just kidding man. The fuel screw crank it but be careful you don't get it too hot. I will say I don't support coal Rollin unless some asshat is riding you or a civic is next to you being a ding-a-ling.
