7.3 idi won't start

Hi, was hoping somebody could help me out with this. My 7.3idi cranks over and won't start. Theres no smoke coming out the tail pipe. Tested the glow plugs there working except for two. Ip is getting fuel to it but, not sure if there is fuel coming out. It has a knew ip on it and a air dog 2 fuel setup on it thats been fitted to work wit it. was working a week ago and went out to start it and nothing just cranks. I tested the two lead on the ip one has power the other dosen't. I think thats normal but, not sure. I do so I've been told have a little to much pressure to the ip(18psi) hopefully that hasn't messed something up. :argh: Oh last time I drove it, it was hard to strat and had a loss of power. Any help would be nice...

Thanks

18 psi att eh pump is WAY to much. 7 psi is required. the more psi the more the timing goes out.

ya i figured, before i got the regulator on it, it was seeing 30psi. Smoked like a train..ran fine though. It has been running ok just doesn't make sense that now it won't even start, I was planning on turning it down just haven't had time yet have to change the jets in the regulator. Do you think that has do with it not starting? I haven't ran it that much, >100miles that way is it possible that the pump is damaged? After I turn the psi down, what would you suggest?
thanks

let me ask my pump guy, as soon as he gets back to me i will tell ya.

ok bud, heres what i got from mr mel, the moose pump guy.

Corey, it will start and run on 30psi, but above idle it will complain A LOT. Have him verify he has fuel coming out of the return on the top of the pump, then take one injector nut loose and with full throttle verify he has fuel there. If he has fuel, then he is either out of time, low compression, no heat, or no air.

Ok thanks ill try testing for fuel... I just changed out the fuel sol. And still no go.. when I crank it over it doesn't have any smoke coming from tail pipes im thinking that theresno fuel..:argh:
