I need to change my oil cooler in my truck. I was just looking for some insight. Is there anything that I should be "watching" out for? would this be considered a hard job to do? I guess what I am asking should I take this to a shop or is it somthing I could tackle in my own garage?

I just did it in my garage, and it took me 3 hrs from start to finish. It's not hard, especially if you drain the block and follow crawlers link, it shows you pretty much all you need to know. Cheers
