Default frame mounts for leafspring rusty

i found out the rear frame mounts/brackets of the leafspring at the back is rusty as f*ck.

its the mounts/bracket that is rivetted(dont know how to write it,2nd language) to the frame/chassis
i wouldn't like that to snap of with 60mph so that needs to be fixed.

-can i weld those?
-can i take them of?
-can i buy them new/ and where?

what to do what to do..

there is a cabin mount thats in bad condition aswel but its not dangerous, but that needs to be mended aswel.

who can give me some good advice,

thanks allot for al the help!

just tryin to get it back on the road (belgian technical inspection is verry hard to get true)
they check everything; c02, shockabsorbers, rust at body and frame, windshield, wipers, tires, water/oil-spils, lights, modification other than original and so on..

now working on the bodywork, have to wait for the weather to get warmer so i can give it a respray in the original ambulance colours. obviously have yet to change the springhangers, sand down the frame where it is getting rusty and put a epoxy-primer on it before i paint it.
unfortunatly it is verry badly rusted in the right rear wing/ bodywork infront an behind the tire.
i will post some pictures soon.

Yep restoring it to original. it won't be a show winner as i am 22 and don't have the money nor skills. I do give it my best shot so im shure it will look kinda decent.
the lights in the polyester highroof have been taken out when the hospital sold the e-350 and the holes are sealed with a piece of alluminium.( i will get in trouble anyway when i drive around with those flashinglights, even if i don't use them)
the blue lights(belgian emergancy colour) in the grill/front of polyester highroof with the sirenes and strobes are still there, but they have painted the inside of the glass black and riped the whole wiring out, so im planning to do some simple wiriring myself to get them working again.. that would be nice.
i tracked it back as far as i could and it was build in ohio USA, then shiped to belguim, finished in the local hospital setup/colours, drove around picking up the cripple for 10 years, bought by a friend of my father who used it for his store(i went to greece with it as a kid), he stoped using it and let it rot in the garden for 3 years and then i bought it to restore it in it's old glory.

the interesting thing is 20 years ago my father had a accident (cracked skull, back broken at 2 places, broken hand) and he was resqued by that verry same ambulance.
