starting issue
im swapping in a 4spd in an auto truck.i disconeccted the wires that go to the tranny and now it wont start so how do i bypass that so it will start
I believe the wires you need to connect from the old NSS are light blue/red. There should be two wires colored like that going into the switch, just cut them off the switch and connect them. You can also run them to a switch in the cab as an anit-theft device if you so desire.

thanks that worked but i have tryed starting the truck yet cus i need to know what the two lines that come off the injector pump timing adjuster thing.one goes somewere in the engine and the other ran to the auto trany what should i do with this line that goes to the trany
if ur talking about the vacuum lines, remove them and plug up the junction block on the firewall. u can remove the switch on the ip also. held on with 2 screws.
k thanks. why does it have all that vacuum stuff there anyway.do i need to plug the two holes on the on the injection timing thing that the lines came off of
they control the trans. one line goes to trans, other goes to the vacuum manifold on the firewall next to heater box. avobe the right side valvecover. remove all the lines going to the IP and plug the empty hole in the manifold.
well its starts and runs but my clutch wont engage lol how would i go about bleeding the clutch
