front end
how hard would it be to use a set of fenders, grill, hood and hedlights from a 92-97 ford on my 91 f350?
Those would probably be a bolt on for a 91, cant say for sure though. On the 80-86 trucks you need to swap core support too.
well when i do the conversion i could always fab differnt brackets to make them work couldnt i?
If you had the core support, it is a bolt on deal. I used a 95 front clip on my 85 truck. If you dont swap the core support, I think you may just have to do a lot of drilling and measureing to get the header panel located properly. There's also a good chance half the holes you need are already there. I've done a lot of parts swapping between the 80-96 fords and was usually surprised how little difference there was in the way things mounted up.

oh ok sweet deal i basically need the entire front clip for the truck im using my cummins radiator and intercooler
I was reading up on the cummins into a ford, and the 92-96 front end is the best one to use. It has more room in the front for an intercooler.
sweet deal i just like the looks of the 92-91 better than the pre 92
