Fuel Problems with my 6.9!
 

Hey guys ( and gals?) have been reading alot of good information on the site, so I thought I would join and see if I could get some ideas on what is wrong with my truck.

This morning I accidently hit my tank selector while the truck was running. The problem is that there is no fuel in the back tank! The truck died and it took me about 3 hours of filling the fuel filter and cranking the engine over to get it to start. I finally got it running but the truck is now running very poorly and cuts out on me and lower rpm while driving. Also the back tank that has had no fuel in it because of a leak now seems to be gushing with fuel. Am I missing something? Any help I could get would be great, thanks in advance!:U:

Sounds like you still have Air in the system. Loosen all your injector line nuts and have someone crank on the motor and wait for fuel to come out of the lose nuts close them one by one and you should have taken care of your problem.
