1991 f250 dually conversion

I'm looking to make my single wheel into a dually. Its a 1991 ford f250 7.3 Idi. Just looking to see if anybody has done this and if so I'm looking for some tips on what to do. Will my rear axle work the way it is? And do I need to use spacers in the rear?
