'93 7.3 IDI Turbo smoking
Replace the IP (Did screw up a little Pulled the gear):argh: set the gear TDC reattached the pump. I am wondering if I might be a tooth or 2 off if that is the cause of the smoke:scare2: or do I need to just adjust the IP?

Your gonna need to pulse time the pump .. you need a special timing light for that ..

Thanks I think :tu: Now I got to find someone who can do that. Just can not find # 1 plug HA! HA! Oh ignore the email did not see this until after I sent it Got too much going on Explorer Transfercase is out, F-250 both tank (Gas) need replacing & the alternator went out! Feel like I am running an repair facility but they are all mine so no pay just shoveling out money! :)

I pick up the 93 F-350 for $1200 with the 7.3 turbo. The 91 F-250 about the same 10 years ago it had a bad T-Case I can not complain too much! I have even had 2 people who ask if I wanted to sell the 93 when it was not running they want the 7.3 that is in it! I am like everyone else we love them when they are running but cuss them out when they break down! :)

Yeah .. I unfortunatly have to scrap mine.. just too much to get it DONE .. not just running again ..
Oh well.. I will get some money out of the deal either way .. :argh::td: |
