93 F350 Needs An Intercooler
My buddy has a '93 f350. He has already added a turbo and is now looking to add an intercooler. What is the best way to do this? I was thinking something like a 6.0 intercooler but I honestly don't know where the intercooler ports need to be for a ford. Any thoughts on what works best/easiest/cheapest?

Well
Since they never came with one its all custom work. It would probably work best to try and use a smaller one for something like a car application. It would be better then nothing and would be easier to fit in the grill. But its gonna take some fab!

Any Word On The Process Kbailey?

yuo might want to look into a 7.3 intercooler as they are smaller than a 6.0 intercooler. yet it would still be big enough to make it worth while for all the fabricating you will need to do. you should have plenty of room in a 93 model to make a 7.3 intercooler work. you might throw a post on powerstroke.org there are a lot of guys with good experience on there they could help you out.

hey guys, I was gone for a while and I forgot all about this thread. It's my buddy's truck and he does things at his own pace. He also spends a lot of time playing with red tractors and deffinitally likes them more than he likes his truck. I'll have to get on his case again and see if I can't get some progress out of him.
