Default Battery drain?

I am wondering what amount of draw I should have on my batteries with everything turned off.

I disconnected both positive battery cables and checked with a test light between the positive terminal on one battery and a positive cable and the light came on. I then tested the amperage and with the meter set at 10a it read .11. Is this normal? It seems high.

I disconnected all of the positive connections at the relay on the passenger fender and it didn't change anything. I also went through and pulled every fuse and still no change.

Any input appreciated. Thanks.

If your batteris drain like my autocraft, Group 65 did, I would check the glow plug relay, thats what done it on mine, I just replaced the stock system with a manual button, and it work flawlessly.
