Default 5 or 9

Ok guys I need your opinions by Saturday. I'm wanting to put cab lights on my truck. I've done it on my previous truck but i wanna do something different this time... I wanna do 9 cab lights instead of 5. And instead of being factory 06 lenses. they'll be factory 2010+ cab lights. Whats your .02 yall??

I see that sort of thing on semi-trucks quite a bit, I think it'll look cool with 9 lights.

7 isn't an option? I think 9 will be too many, might as well have a light bar at that point.

I think nine will work ok, I've seen semis with about 20 above the cab, lining the whole top of the visor. Maybe set them out on the roof before you drill, try a couple arrangements. If you decide to go with 7 or 5 you can sell the leftovers on ebay or here, or just keep them as spares. I think they'll look good with nine, good to see variety

Since RAWilliams brings up light bars, it'd be cool to toss some add-on mini strobes to 'em, if there's room. For off-road and truck show use only, of course. I think Recon has some that'll work and Truck-N-Tow.com has a wide variety of lights and other accessories and necessities. Reveiwing the CHICKEN LIGHTS/ MARKER LIGHTS thread, looks like you got a few more lights planned, I think 9 will blend in fine

I'd definitely go for Recon, or superbrightleds.com for the lights. The dealer will kill the bank account.

I'll probably do a couple of layouts sat morning.. and then give yall 2-3 hours to give your opinions... Then make final decision. I don't think strobes will fit in the cab lights but if thought bout putting em in the head lights fog lights tail lights and reverse lights.. I'm also thinking bout adding some lights under the doors and under the rear bumper and what not... We'll see what I can get done this weekend haha
