Questions about an 06 megacab
 

This may be in the wrong section but got a question and hopefully someone can help me out. A buddy of mine just bought a wrecked 2006 2500 megacab. the truck only has 32,000 on it and he was gonna fix it and then sell it for around 29K. The truck does not have a salvaged title because the owner had it paid for and wrecked it in the blizzard we had a couple weeks ago. well hes willing to maybe sell it to me in the condition it is in right now. All it needs is new front fender,both passanger side doors,rear cab corner and a new bed. What is a fair price for this truck? It did not roll either the guy was pulling a camper and it slid on the ice and jackknifed into the ditch. Truck runs fines sounds good etc very clean just not sure what to offer him?any advice appreciated.
