Dimmer circuit for ISSPRO EV2 gauge lights.
 

While wiring my gauges today I couldn't find anything that specifically listed what wire on the truck was the wire to tap to dimm the new gauges lights. I'm sure i coulda got some help from any vendor, but by the time i did it it was evening and to late. Long story short i finally found some gauge instructions that tell you to tap into the orange and brown wire. Dodge brilliance there are two orange and brown wires. However the directions also gave the pin location, which was the #4 pin on a 10 pin connector, had five top five bottom. So i figure count in four and pick that orange and brown wire. Problem, the other orange and brown wire is in the #2 pin which makes it look like #4 depending on how you hold the connector. Then I noticed in very, very small numbers 1-6 on one side and 5-10 on the other of the connector. Teed in and checked voltage while changing the dimmer 11.5V top 2.45V bottom.

So if you looking for that wire there ya go. Bolded it out for easier searching.

Also if your looking for the second dimmer circuit you can get from ISSPRO it's PN R72022, around 30 bucks and allows you to exactly match the dimming on gauges in the pod, to the dash.

Almost forgot, if you get a fuel rail pressure gauge for an 08 or newer, higher a 12 year old to unplug the factory plug. Mine had the snap part of the clip located on the bottom, I'm not a very large guy and it was all i could do to jam my hands in there. Pulling the fender well was no help, and I couldn't reach it from the bottom. I ended up bending a flat blade to push with while the other hand did the clip portion of the connector.
