triple disk clutch?
 
i was reading this months dieselpower mag and one of the trucks in the magazine claimes to be running a south bend triple disk clutch. is there such a thing yet you did someone exagerate

no there are triple disc and even quad disc but they are the huge big time pullers using them and they are not streetable at all for all i know...the Iron Giant is about all the bigger i would think about using on the street

the SBC triple disk is streetable depending on what disks are in it.....i know they will fit a Dmax cause there are guys running them on DP.....

From what I've been hearing the SBC triple disk is supposed to shift faster than the double disk too. But those are just rumors that I don't know the truth to.

i guess alot would depend on the plate pressure on em, pushing a 4200 Iron Giant is a bitch...if you can have more disc and less pressure then they might be streetable
