Hello all. I am a newbie. I have a 1996 Dodge 12v with 260k miles on it. The engine is perfect but recently I had it in the shop for a transmission rebuild. Now I have had it in the shop twice for the some problems and thought maybe I could get some help before I have to take it back. The tranny has problems shifting. Going from 2nd it will hang and not shift up. If I put the shifter in neutral and back to drive it will shift and I am on my way. It doesn't do it every time but almost every time. Any help that you can give will be greatly appreciated. The mechanic changed all the wiring when he rebuilt it and a couple sensors. I am not sure which ones. This truck is the best and it is killing me that the tranny is messed up.
