99 5.9 got codes p0253, 1689,1688, was driving up to speed and just shet off , help

Those codes pertain to the injection pump generally. Time to start a comprehensive diagnosis.

But, most likely it will be a failed VP44 injection pump. If you check fuel pressure, you will also likely find that the lift pump (low pressure supply pump) is not supply adequate fuel.
