Diesel Bombers - Help me build my 94 12 valve!

Hello all, I have been lurking on these forums for while but this is my first time posting.
Just bought a 1994 single cab LB cummins with 180k and an auto trans, with a few mods:

Built transmission
dual 4in exhaust
gauges (egt, trans temp, boost)
new throttle cables, tps sensor, serp. belt, kdp fixed, link. rods.
90hp marine injectors
022 delivery valves

So my question is, what are some things I need to do this truck to make it a reliable daily driver, occasionally haul 1-2000lbs, and decently fuel efficient. and speed is a plus too :tu:
