Edge 31000 Juice with Attitude CS issues

OK, so i just "finished" installing the Edge 31000 Juice with Attitude CS ....

Bunch of things happended; fist to tap my vp44 it had 4 cables instead of 2 to tap, (bought a new one not sure what type lol)
Then since i have a rpp100 pump on which i couldnt install the fuel pressure sensor, (had to tap the test port on the filter casing-i know not accurate readings)
Worst thing are the holes i need to drill , lol, for the EGT sensor i need to drill on the manifold and since i have a manual tranny another one there ob the plate.....these two things i havent done since i couldnt find anywhere the 1/8"-27 NPT i did find the drill though...

Question can i start the vehicule without the EGT and tranny sensors?, want to make suire the vpp44 was tapped correctly...

god im tired[coffee][laugh]:c:

I don't see why you cant start the motor with the egt sensor out right now. Is there a plug on the exhaust manifold you can just remove a screw the egt probe in?
The people i've talked to with manual trannies have told me you don't need a temp gauge for the manual transmissions, but that's your choice.:humm:

Ho YEs about not tapping thta manual tranny; not necessary i guess, as for the EGT , if you know of one let me know lol, at this point i see no choice but to start drilling holes:ouch:

I am pretty sure there was not a plug to remove on your truck's manifold. Just drill and tap it, it will work perfect. I use a small punch to use so my drill bit wont wander. Just take your time. you will deffinetly want to run and EGT gauge. I would also do something about the fuel pressure gauge. You HAVE to have an accurate reading, if not the VP44 is an expensive fix.
