Out with the old truck and into the new??

Hey guys vp44 owner here, i have the truck built pretty good and would estimate that its around 600 horse, im now looking into a 2010-2012 common rail that already has the deletes and goodies already done to it. I enjoyed building my vp44 myself that was stock when i bought it but, right now i cant afford a newer truck and then to spend money on all the go fast parts. I have found a few trucks with a few light mods such as turbos and a tuner on it such as a black maxx, but ii bavent seen any really with built transmissions (interested in manual only) so i was curious to know how strong the transmission/ clutch are stock in these trucks, the 650lbs torque on the manual and 800 on the auto stock? Whats needed to get the extra torque on the manual? Reflash or something? Also what are stock studs rated for on these trucks? Any other info you guys have would be terrific. Just trying to find the benefits of this truck over what i have now and what the weak points of this truck are and etc etc.... Thanks again

The 6.7L cummins will blow the head gasket with the H.S tuner with the stock VGt Turbo, I know this because weve done 2 at our shop.. Honestly unless you need the extra room your not missing out on to much other than a newer truck.

Stock clutch is junk and after the 2nd g56. And 3 south bend clutches I'm done with these new junk aluminum trannys. I'm debating converting my 08 to a 48re or maybe nv5600 but I have read some bad about them to behind the 6.7 The head gasket is not no big deal it can be solved with head studs Vulcan head gasket. With good tuning
