Advice For Fleet Operator

Hey one of our customers has been cycling through a Ford fleet for about the last 15 years, most diesel but some gas, all 3/4 and 1 ton. They're used for hauling ground field service equipment...sprayers, tractors- heavy stuff, every kind of overloading and abuse that you could imagine happening to a farm truck is what his fleet sees regularly.

Well, the last couple years he's gotten so sick of his 6.0's constantly blowing up and poor warranty/service, that he's considering both GM and Dodge. Two of his employees have recently gotten D'maxes and he's finally starting to see that all of our dodge service trucks, all of which have 150k-400k highly abused miles on them, are pretty damn good trucks and that the bodies aren't falling apart and the wheels aren't coming off like the peculiarly common rumor has it (I call it the Urban Legend of Dodge...)

Anyway, he's in the market for a new brand, new trucks. How are the new dodges holding up to fleet use? How are the Aisins holding up? For the amount of heavy hauling they do I think I'd be more inclined to run the manual but if the Aisin will take the abuse it may be a better option for fleet use(apparently there are guys driving that are too retarded to row the lever...)
I guess I haven't kept up with the new trucks that much because I just learned from Dodge's site that you can get a Cab&Chassis with the Quad Cab, among other options that were pretty impressive...I guess Dodge finally wanted back into the work truck market.

So...if you have any experience with the 6.7 Dodges, especially in utility/service/fleet use, I'd appreciate some feedback to help him decide between GM and Dodge.

What Type of Oil Do you Use?

I have no idea what oil he's been running in those fords; what kind of a difference in their life does it make? is there something brand or weight specific that agitates the gremlins in the newer powerstrokes or what?
I'm not in charge of his trucks, I'm just trying to get some feedback to help him out; we're in charge of the maintenance on his aircraft and have been running our own service trucks for a while, so we have a bit of weight in what we recommend.

I've read reports from a few guys who have over 100K on there 2007 6.7L Cab & Chassis and they are very happy with them.
