are there very many people on here in central CA? if you know of either Fresno or Bakersfield, I apologize. If you've been to either in the summer, I pity you. At the end of February, if it's not raining, the weather should be AWESOME! So, really, come check out the races at Famoso, just north of Bakersfield.

I am planning on being there. Not sure if I am going to take my truck or try and truckpool up there yet though.

sounds good. I'm looking forward to it, my brother's 3rd gen should be mid-12's on his 35" A/T's and Richard Brown's truck put down over 1,200hp a little while ago; I know of a few other trucks competing that are supposed to be pretty impressive. should be a good time.

hey I'm pretty stoked about this weekend! there's a sled pull and the 1/4 track, should be fun! I'm headed out there with Brown's Diesel friday afternoon to camp at the track for the weekend. I'm pretty sure everyone camping will have their own bar going, none of this 'last call' BS, either!!

So I take it camping at the track is the thing to do?

As far as the bar goes, I am thinking my contribution to the truckpool's cooler is going to be a case of some good beer, and a bottle of unknown type at this point in time. :D
