Jeep YJ Wrangler Swap to OM617 Mercedes Diesel WVO Conversion

We have almost completed our OM617 Mercedes Turbo diesel swap into a 1994 Wrangler. This conversion has full WVO 2-tank multifuel system. WVO system is 2-tank, heated line-in-line WVO lines, heat exchanger, polack 6-way valve, MB H2O circulator pump, Mallory 140 gyro pump. We used 11 gallon auxillary tank for diesel fuel and 19 gallon stock tank for WVO. WVO tank is also heated. We still have to clean-up wiring and some little things, but its on the road and PA inspected. Here is link to adapter kit website --> Products Home Page

Its looking good! Cant wait to see the results. Ill be hooking up with you for some adapters shortly. Have any souce for a trustworthy OM617 for my swap into my 91?

POllack valves will fail under full heat. What about purge times? You don't need a Mallory pump.

We have had good luck with the pollack valves, about 30,000 total miles on three different vehicles. Our purge time on this build is 25-30 seconds to switch over. We use Mallory pump to constantly circulate WVO circuit.
