I see more of the 67-79's than the Slicksides. Essentially the same type of build. It's a tight fit, and you'll need to box the frame, and put in "352 with snow plow" front springs. The I-beams themselves are the same between the F1-350. The spindles of course change with tonnage. The rear will hold pretty well, depending on the hp level. Having an intercooler will be difficult to mount also.

There is a site called fordcummins.com, they specialize in converting ford trucks to cummins, and they have instruction manuals as well as conversion parts for sale.

For what you get, it seems their prices are a bit high (assuming you can weld / cut steel, or have a friend who can). I checked for kits for an Excursion and as I recall it was around $3,500 for the kit

you might also think about doing a body transplant onto the frame of a 12V dodge. Just a thought unless you want to do alot of work, never a bad thing.
