i would rather notch it and weld some support around it. a little bit of welding is alot cheaper than buying a bunch of belts and pulleys and stuff. how hard is it to mount the intercooler and radiator and everything in the stock chevy core support. i heard its lots and lots of cutting.

I would be worried about making sure the front susp. can handle the weight of the cummins.

yeah with SAS its not gonna be a problem. I'm about to tackle installing my IC, im just gonna tear the grill off, mount it where i want it, and reconstruct however it needs to be.

This thread is a few years old and wanted to see how your projects have come along. I am getting ready to do a swap from a 94 dodge into my 94 blazer which currently has a 6.5. Looking for any additional help you guys might have!
