Kubota V2203 Turbo and other swap questions

I am swapping a V2203 Kubota into a 1997 TJ Wrangler (2.5 Liter) with a bad ECM. I am going with an AX15 trans and the stock transfer case. Trying to keep this swap quick and simple. The end goal for the jeep is farm use, checking cattle and irrigating, etc. This thing is not meant to be fast, just safe and reliable. I want extreme reliability out of this engine and if power suffers because of that, so be it. If it gets up to 60mph in five minutes, I'll be happy it's going 60. Anyway, I want to know what everyone thinks about what turbo I should put on the engine to get into the 75+ hp range. The jeep is going to get a different radiator with at least two cores, and have more flow capacity, it will most likely get a fixed rotation fan as well. I have the room for an intercooler but if I can get by without it I will for cost purposes. I have a discussion started on 4btswaps.com as well but thought I would post here to get some more advice. I would be happy to answer any questions about this and I want to be an open mind when it comes to advice.

The VW K03 is a tried and true turbo and are readily available. With the turbo and injection pump advancements these should get really close to 100hp and about 280ftlbs.
