oil filter adapter on Kubota

I've seen some of you with a spin on remote adapter for the v2203. I have the long carrier type filter running along the block. I need to either point the filter perpendicular in relation to the engine or remote mount my filter which is what I prefer. I can't seem to find an adapter with the same size threading as the Kubota whit I believe is 1" x 16.

no extra parts needed for this style install. you just take off the elbow. you can also leave the elbow on and rotate the housing so the filter faces down.
I would have thought it would be pretty easy to find a remote filter adapter, I think the boss size is the same as a dodge cummins

have fun

I'm actually OK with that arrangement so long as it clears the frame rails. The remotes are cool but not a "have to" situation yet. Thanks for the info xj

if you are far enough along to be figuring oil filters,, how about some pictures and a build thread. I forget what vehicle did you pick?
I found 3 different length filters that fit the Kubota size, there might be one even stubbier than mine,

I have a 1999 Ford Ranger...3.0 auto 4x4. I am taking pics and will start a build thread soon. Kinda wand it to look good under the hood since I'm going through the trouble I thought I would doll it up a bit with aluminum and stainless hoses and parts. I've had trouble matching threads on fittings but im about to get the turbo and alternator/vac pump plumbed. I'll post pics of the motor on the stand...when I figure out how
