I know of one member here that runs the v2203 in his truck dynoed a little over 100hp and 300 ft lbs to the wheels. I will have to find the thread.

Where are you located I may be interested in a spare motor or two if your dad is willing to part with them

Where in central California? I am in Tracy.
How do you plan to get around smog?

thehighwayman 12-01-2015 02:41 PM

I haven't thought to much about it, but I can make something if I have to, our main location is in Tulare. We have a website, they're mainly skid steer engines and the like, they are trying to sell the used equipment they have as a whole though, you can ask them.

Has anybody ever had problems getting these smogged? I live in Cali so I don't know if you guys have gotten away with stuff I wouldn't be able to get away with. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately even if you got your 98 title changes to diesel it still needs to be smogged as a diesel in California. Anything newer then 97.the only conversion that would be legal(i think) would be a vw tdi of a newer year but you need to bring all the original equipment. If it was older I may have found a way to get the title changes. Still working on that.

Thanks, I appreciate it, I can always work around it. I might have to fabricate some sort of filter or something for the exhaust. I'll think about it.
