Cummins 4BT In Foxbody Mustang
 

put a cummins 4BT in a foxbody mustang would it fit and will 5.9 liter injectors fit into it. think about. black smoke blowin out of a mustang:run:

thats heavy but if you get big block springs and do some work it might stick out of the hood......

i am a big mustang fan(have 4). a cummins would be different.

Injectors are the same I believe.

you can alter suspension to deal with the weight

height will be yer problem..........alot of 4bt's are installed at an angle since they are so tall

i would put a ZF 6 speed off a ford truck on the car for MPGs. 9 inch rearend for the axles. i just dont know how i will mount it and how much the actual engine weighs.

700 pounds is the wieght of a 4bt.
