fuel shut-off solenoid
My motor came without a fuuel shut-off solenoid. So I buy one off of the internet but it doesnt fit. The bolt holes are right but the snout is too big and wont fit in the port. My question is this. Will the motor function without it? I saw a guy just put a plate over the port and just deleted it. How does the motor stop running without it?

if you are talking about a v2203 carrier/Kubota, there should be a vertical oriented lever on the passenger side of the IP that says "STOP", if you pull the lever aft it should shut down the engine. you can then rig up a pull cable on it to shut it down

I will probably just suck it up and buy the correct one.

or you could just hook up a cable and have a manual shutt off
