You have to use the dodge pump reservoir in order for it to work. Take the ford tank out completely. Tee the return line from the hydro boost and power steering pump together and run that into the return line of the doge tank which is mounted on the pump. Then you have to take the dodge supply line from the pump and mate it with the supple line of the hydro-boost i just took the two hose to our Case Ih dealer and they spliced them together. Might take a few fills of the tank to get the system full of fluid but mine has worked for 9 months flawlessly. I can get some pictures in the light if you need them

ill see if i can get some tomorrow

dodge made 2 different trucks your 93 I think you had a vacuum brake system on the donor truck you need a newer generation power steering pump I know my 98 donor was a hydroboost I have a 92 dodge farm truck and it runs vacuum brakes I think you need a pump from a hydroboost it should have 2 return lines in it and the pump displacement is also bigger

As a matter of fact yes.. I'm running the dodge alternator and a ford style voltage regulator and I can't figure out how to make it work. I have 3 wires coming off the alt. big black wire a blue and a green... I was told ground one of the blue or green wires to the alt housing and one wire to the volt reg. then I have no idea what to do with the big black wire. My multimeter says the black wire is putting out over 17 bolts...how to I hook it to the volt reg then to the battery?

send me a pm I have a full diagram on how to do that verry easy once you look at diagram
I also have a manual I have been working on that cover most from tach to motor mounts I can sent that to you also |
Im putting an 89 Cummins in my 2000 V10 Ford Excursion. Gonna need some help on the brakes and voltage regulator and tach for sure. Everything else seems too easy. Anyway you might be able to provide that manual for me? Let me know, have a good one :)
