87 W250 318 v8 to 12v cummins NEED HELP!

Hey Guys and Girls

Okay so I come to you in need of help on my project. A few months back I picked up a nice, solid 1987 Dodge W250 from the local bone yard. Traded them a none running very beat 1987 f150 4x4 for the Ram. Apparently a dealership sold it to them cause they couldn't get it running. They had used it as their parts runner truck. Well I get her home and realize they had hooked the wrong wire up to the power side of the coil. Fished around and found the right wire and within minutes she was up and running. The plus side..... she ran great, everything worked as it should and she ran down the road in every gear. The bad side.... the bearings in the trans were shot (ALOT of noise well driving). Hauled the truck into work and rebuilt/replaced any worn out or bad part on her. Rebuilt both axles, trans, tcase and fresh fluid flush and tune up on the engine. Replaces all the brake and steering components and patched up some spots on the wiring. The truck currently has a 318 sb with a Holley four barrel backed by a NP435 four speed manual and NP408 Tcase. Dana 44 front with 3.55's and posi and a Dana 60 rear with 3.55's and posi.

Now what I want to do this summer is pull the 318 and swap in my 5.9 cummins 12v I have sitting on the stand in the shop. The Cummins is from my friends 92 1 ton ram with 100,000 miles on it (truck met its fate at the hands of a drunk driver running a stop sign and t boning the truck). I have the engine (complete), cooler, radiator and have had a turbo i have been waiting to put on a 12v. I need to know what i need to get to bolt that NP435 to the cummins, also what else i need to complete this swap. I have worked on alot of diesels in the past but this is my first full on conversion. Hope someone can help please. Any info will be useful.
