2004 f150 fx4 new model with max force 5?
 

Okay, so I was thinking of putting together a project and swap my 5.4 out for a diesel in my new body 2004 f150. After searching I found the maxxforce 5 v6 twin turbo. Seems powerful and small. I was just wondering if this is doable? I'm sure it is but I would like some advice on what I will need to do. I know the fuel system will need upgraded. Thought about getting an f250 and using some parts such as transmission. I'll get axles. Only issue is making the ecm work with the cluster and what not?
