Dodge used the NV4500 also,I expect you would need the adapter plate or the dodge bell housing,a flywheel and clutch plus a clutch peddle-hydraulic from a 96 chev might work well?

As far as I know the output shaft on the dodge nv 4500 uses a different spline than the chev, you would also want to use a chev clutch disc-I am not sure if the dodge and chev input shaft is the same or not?

the chevy nv4500 has to be a post 1995 since the case bolt pattern was different, I had a mid year 1995 nv4500 and it was the case that had the wrong bolt pattern

The 92 93 94 Chevy nv4500 will work as long as you get a Chevy Cummins adapter plate and starter the harder part will be finding the flywheel. You can find the whole setup on grumman vans ie twinkie or bread trucks

I know this is an older post but I'm doing almost the same swap on my 93 k3500. I'm going to retain the stock gm nv4500 and use this kit seems to be just whats needed to make everything work correctly. :tu: TRANSMISSION ADAPTERS
