Codes Rough Idle No Power Cyl's 4-6 and
 

Here are my codes: I have rough idle and NO POWER! Low Boost - had to limp home w/ Boat.

P0204, cylinder #4 injector circuit
p2149 bank 2 (cylinders 4-6 shorted high or low)
p0513 invalid skim
p0299 turbo/supercharger underboost

I have an Edge Juice w/attitude - just pulled Batt Cables @7:30am - going to reset ECM. Then I'm going to clean and reconnect plugs for injectors located beside valve cover. If problem continues I'm going to remove Edge.

I've been getting Oil Smell / smoke from Crankcase Tube and heavy Oil Consumption. So I think I have a burned Valve or Valve guide... now this. Just waiting on some $$ to deal with that now this!~ Little scary I admit. But I can do anything and I've been working on my own Cummins Engines since 94. Never had this issue though...

2006 3500 w/ Edge w/ attitude, 5" Exhaust and 5" PVC intake.

PLEASE HELP with letting me know what you MIGHT think I'll be looking at? Bad Injectors, Head rework, etc... worried!:argh:

WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!! :jump:

Pulled all the connections to the Edge... cleaned all connections... plugged it in as Stock @ injectors and one other sensor near there. Cranked and cranked - finally started - idled rough for a few seconds - started to clear up - got the excess fuel out I suppose. Returned to normal idle... plugged the Edge back in - cleared the Codes!

Changing oil now!!!!!!! Fuel in Oil - No good!

NEVERMIND... :argh::argh::dang::dang:Totally dead now. We drove it around all day yesterday and it was fine. Fired it up this morning - hooked up to the boat - put it in drive and it died... NO CODES! Cranked and cranked - nothing. Removed the battery cables - removed the Injector Connections of the Edge Juice and the small connector next to the Valve cover... hooked the batteries back up! Bingo!!!!!!! For about 2 sec it ran then died and wouldn't start... Disconnected batteries again and reconnected again. Fired up!:s: Then dies after 2 sec! STILL NO CODES!!!!!! :ouch: The "Check Guages light is on and the yellow "Engine" shaped light is blinking fast! PLEASE HELP! I have to Move this week. Horrible timing!

your 0514 is a key programing issue. not using the programed key..or wrong key

p1249 code. You might want to check the wiring harness connector to the rear injector bank. Check the wiring harness for any damage. Clean and check the connectors and see if that helps.
