I would drain about a gallon of coolant into a bucket, then undo that clamp on EGr COOLER AND THE BOLT THAT IS HOLDING IT TO THE intake. Next pull that blue or orange hose back away from oil cooler, there is a line on the hose that you line up with the little pointer on oil cooler then it will be able to be pushed back. Then you can undo the 2 10mm bolts that hond the coolr to the intake, they look just like intake bolts but they are out of line with the others, the first bols is right behind the single bolt holding the alternator and the other one is closer to the hose thatcomes out of intake and goes to the degas bottle, after they are removed just push down on EGR cooler and it will come free.
While you have the EGR cooler out you can do A easy and inexpensive delet on it, just get a 35mm freeze plug and put some red loctite on it and drive it into the Exhaust side of the EGR cooler, you can tackweld it too if you have a welder but if not the red locktite will hold. This keeps the hot exhaust from passing through it and it won't blow now. if you want you can also get a 30mm freeze plug and put into the side that bolts to intake but I would definately tackweld that one in.
