1993 k3500 6.5 td cranks but won't start

Hello. First things first, thankyou for having such a great sight. I've been reading several threads trying to figure out whats going on with my truck and finally decided to just ask for help. I bought a 1993 k3500 4x4 with a 6.5 td and nv 4500 5 speed for what I thought was a sweet deal at $300. I used to drive this truck for a local company everyday for about 2 years and about 10,000 miles. Shortly after i quit the truck quit running and sat for another 2 years. I was told they didnt feel like replacing the starter since the truck has 338,585 miles on it and i gave them what the local junkyard was willing to pay. After getting the truck home I repalaced the starter, and batts. I drained all the old diesel by using the lift pump (used the fuse against a positive post trick). I got about 10 gallons out in about 5 minutes. Reconnected the lp cleaned the filter housing, put in a new filter. After bleeding the air from the filter i opened the t-valve and cranked until I got fresh fuel there. I then tried to start the truck and no luck after about 10 attempts. I then cracked open all the fuel lines at the injectors and cranked until I got fuel at every one except the 2 under the turbo tightning each as they got fuel. I tested the voltage at the glowplugs when they were cycling and got 12 volts. I pulled the glowplugs and the were all bad, so I replaced them with new AC's. Tried to start again and still no luck. So now I'm kinda lost and don't know what to do next. This is the first diesel I have ever worked on and everything I've done so far is thanks to you guys. I can rebuild, tune , and diagnose just about anything with a gas engine but diesel is new to me. Any input or ideas are welcome and really appreciated. Thanks
