98.5 24v 4x4 brake issue

Mt problem started when the line going to the front driver side caliper busted. We put a new line in and bled everything. Had no rear brakes. Took to to a shop they replaced calipers, and the master cylinder. Still no rear brakes ans pulls to the right. I replaced the proportioning valve. Still no rear brakes, even after adjusting them they just release back off. Now they started going soft randomly. It hoes to the floor with very little brakes. So I tossed a new brake booster on it. Before I go ape shit has anyone else had this issue? Or know a possible fix?

Sorry about typos, im doing this from a phone.

The shop said everything was good. Bit now at random times the pedal drops to the floor with no brakes at all. This is insane...

Power steering pump??? the brakes are related to the steering on these trucks?

New pump, gear box, all fluids are good. Have I given you the wtf syndrome yet? Lol

When I drive a few miles it stops just fine, but after I push the pedal ans start to stop if I let off of the pedal and reapply pressure it loses all pressure and drops to the floor.
