Never heard of that before, definately sounds like a turbo failure, pull the whole air inlet tube off and see if you can tell if the turbo is damaged.

ok when the oil got changed they used oil from a hose with a gage on to tell how much oil was put in the gage said 4 gal but it was wrong and over filled the motor so when they tryed to start it bam!!! so not sure what to do now

Did you pull the dipstick to see how high the oil was? I would get a big, did I sayBIG oil drain pan and drain the oil out, should only be 15 quarts, but if were alot more than that it could have hydro locked. Lets drain the oil first and see how much is in there, use a new or spotless drain pan so you can reuse oil. lets see how much oil there is and that will help tell if any major damage could have been done,,, Who put the oil in?? if a shop then they might owe you some $$$

one time in highschool auto tech class some kid who was supposed to be " cool" filled an engine until it was "full" as in coming out the valve cover....:argh:

I have an engine stored on a stand "full" of oil.

But that's not recommended for an engine you intend start anytime soon. :argh:

Have we drained the oil yet? how much was in there?
