1997 Powerstroke won't start

My 97 has been sitting in the driveway for about a month because of busted rear brake lines. When I took t over to get it worked on it ran fine and after starting fine they guy that worked on it let it idle for five minutes before driving it. Shortly after leaving the driveway the truck shut off after taking off from the traffic light. When I went to look at it the wait to start light was not coming on at all. The motor is cranking just not firing at all. Its sitting on the side of a road in curbside parking so I need to get it fixed and moved but don't have the money to have it towed to a shop. After reading a similar postage I wonder if it is my heating element. I'm not sure where exactly the wiring for it is to unplug it. Thank you for any advice you guys have been very helpful in the past

So last night I checked fuses and found one blown. Replaced the 30 amp fus and unplugged a wore no clue if it us the correct one or not. After that WTS light did come on but still will not start. The last two times I tried to start the truck it felt like the truck rocked a lil. Idk if it has anything to to or has any validity to it but when it was cranking
The fuel free light, water in fuel, and enigme temp light(it was ice cold outside and the engine has t ran) al came on.

Any body have a picture of what wire goes to the element?

I had similar symptoms on my 97 350. Was driving down a hill and it just shut off. When I went to restart it those same lights came on and It would crank and puff black smoke but not start. If I remember right there was a problem with the wire harness under the valve cover. Good luck
