94 cummins no speedo tach or alternator
 

I have a 94 dodge manual 4-wheel drive. The issue is upon start everything works fine then around 20mph I lose my speedo tach and the alternator quits charging. I already replaced the ess checked and reset the clearance several times to make sure it was gaped right. Had it hooked up to a scanner and the only code that was there was my cruise control wasn't working. This is really starting to get frustrating so any advice you guys could provide would be great

check the connection on the connector that plugs into the fuel solenoid

unsure about speedo drop but tach and alt sound like poor connections at ess pretty common that they spread easy to fix pull female end and pick tangs to center

Sometimes electronics are weird. It could be your malfunctioning cruise control messin up everything. could be a fuse too. stranger things have happened. in fact a fuse messed up something unrelated to it for me
