95 12valve braking problem
 
this morning when i started up my truck i noticed that the brake pedal was very soft and only responsive ,at the almost floor position.It works good enough that i made it to school and back no prob ,but im just a little nervous bout what it is seeing how i just bought the truck.I know there are dodge cummins experts on here so please help out fellow dodge guy asap!thanks,mike.:dang:

Try some brake fluid, and look for leaks :c:

yeah brake fluid was the first thing i did.it was firm but i will push and hold and it slowly moves.i admit i havent taken it on the road but , any other ideas?:humm:

Well if you're sure there's no leaks, they might need to be bled, or you could have a bad master cylinder. Also rear brakes out of adjustment could cause a low pedal but wouldn't cause it to drift down :c:

ok i feel like a dumb a**.i just found that there is brake fluid on the caliper.i cant tell if it is coming from the line or calipercuz its to dark out.any thoughts which one is most likely to leak?:ouch:
