Busted Line
ok on my 95 12 valve my fuel line that goes from my fuel filter and then connects right under my injectors has a hole in it need to know where to get a new one of these at
|
Just use diesel rated fuel line. I found it easier to change by removing the fuel filter housing. I assume your talking about that shirt piece of return line??
You may as well go ahead and replace all your fuel line - its time. |
i don't think it's a return line this one runs from the top of my fuel filter towards the front of the motor and goes into the block right under my injectors
well the hole in this one is my doing i accidentally got a lil frisky with the drill the other night while i was taking out my fuel plate and hit the side wall of it just enough to put a little hole in it and who would have the fuel lines and stuff that i need on a sunday anyone? |
Ah, going to be tough to get that on a Sunday.
|
yeah tell me about it im trying this stuff that a guy put on a tranny and it held the leak on there so hopefully i can put it on there and then bake it in this 95 degree weather and it'll work if not i'll probably get that new line
unless you think that advanced would have all that stuff that i need to do it i'll go get it from there |
Just scrap the truck LOL ill buy it
|
lol your high i told you i'll let you buy that 4 wheeler but now there is about half an inch of JB Weld on the hole going an inch in every direction
|
JB Weld fixes everything right ? :humm:
|
Dont forget the handy man's secret weapon - Duct Tape...lol
|
i don't think duct tape would work on this one im going to let this JB weld sit all day in the sun tomorrow so if it doesn't dry up and hold looks like im going to call the dodge dealership cus that's the only place i can think to get that line
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- HOLY CRAP THAT LINE IS 80 BUCKS!!!!!:argh::argh::argh: now i really need some help in finding a line for it |
