no run F-350
 

Hi all, think i have good one on my hands,hope yall can help. I have 2002 F-350 7.3,i will give u a run down on all that has been done. It has a superchips chip that switches from 40 to 80 hp on the idm. I have had the truck scanned 3 times with and without chip installed, shows no codes. Cleaned fuel tank, pre-filters,new fuel pump,new fuel pressure regular,cleaned fuel lines (both),new filter, new fuel lines from filter housing to heads new check valves, fuel pressure running between 75-85. I rebuilt turbo new donut gaskets on y pipe. Checked hpop seems fine 1500 psi at 2000 rpm(only place I can keep it running)checked all wiring 2 times no problems. It has straight exhaust so no blockages, back pressure gate is open, rebuilt injectors 9 months ago(bought a DIY kit) followed instruction to a t. ran fine for about 3 months then quit. All the above work has been done since it quit except injectors. It would start up and idle till it got warm until I changed turbo,now it will start rev to 1500 down to 500 back to 1800 and stop without putting pedal on floor,and will only run with MAP sensor unplugged. Have been told I have Bad injectors,dont know but need truck running and noone seems to be able to fix it. Tired of blowwing money on maybes, Someone please help! how does ur oil look. looks like it has any fuel in it? might try giving the guys at BTS a call, talk to cale or brian and see what they say. good luck with it

What ICP are you seeing during crank? What's the IPR doing % wise?

Have you done anything with the CPS?

I dont have scan tool, so dont know about ICP or IPR was told all was good with all that could be seen with scan tool. CPS is brand new(had a recall on it).Also, just changed oil all looks normal.

might wanna check you IDM it might be messed up also check your valve cover gaskets make sure your injector harness isnt broke

Another DIY injector issue...

I bet if you pulled the valve covers and watched the injectors you would find one that was pissing oil out the spout once warm...

Mine would only do this when warm...

I'm thinkin you wanna check the injectors that way, with the UVCH unplugged right Joe?
