lift pump not running
 

I have a 2001 that has just been rebuilt and the lift pump is not running. It works on the bench but not in the vehicle. fuses good relay good not getting voltage at the connector. Have double checked everything. Thinking possible ground problem because no continuity to ground. is there a separate ground wire that I have possibly overlooked??

I forgot to mention its a 2001 dodge 3500

I dont think there is a seperate ground, clean all connections with lectramotive type spray then use sone conductive goo when you go back to gether with it.
