bad oil leak

I have devloped a bad oil leak but can't figure out where it is comming from. It's slinging out on the passanger side coated the a/c pump and bottom of the alt and the steering and the axle on the passanger side only. The kpd was to have been done buy previous owner. The font main is leaking but only dripping not a coating.I have pulled the fan and can't find any signs of cracks in the front cover. If the vent tube get clogged does it push out throught the front main I know that a kubota engine will do this (from experince the thing will pour oil if the vent gets clogged) is there a way to check the screen in the vent? Thanks

it will push it out of everywhere it can if the breather is plugged :humm:

also check the front timing cover gasket

check the valve cover gaskets, you wont be able to see them leaking while the truck is running, when those go bad, they will leak under a load.

The kpd was NOT done :argh:and the case is cracked I hammered the case back into shape and JB welded it.does anyone know what the price of a new or used case.Or I can i just weld it pot metal or aluminum?I'll pull the truck out of service later to do the permanent fix and bump the timing
