6.5 needs help!

recently repaired leeking fuel return lines . this morning on the highway it sputtered. at first I thought it stalled. but it didn't . 3rd time it sputtered it stalled and will not start.code reader found a code p1216 fuel solenoid responce time to short. should I replace solenoid ?
