you need to inspect all 4 wheels ......sounds like they are shot

dont do it later do it now:humm:

The first thing to check would be the fluid in the master cylinder.

yeh well i checked the fuild shortly after posting the first post... and it ran out of fluid so i gues i need to bleed the system...:argh:... which im gonna do tonite after work... btw how do i do this?? haha thanks guys

ABS systems usually have special bleeding procedures so you might need the manual for that one.I made a pressure bleeder that works from the wheels backward that works pretty well even on most ABS systems.

I would count on having to replace the master cylinder. Running it out of fluid probably sent rust and other trash through, tearing up the rubber cubs.

make sure that you dont have some rotted brake lines. That brake fluid went somwhere.:pca1:

Yeah ditto on that. Inspect the whole system before you attempt to get back on the road!

sh*t i just took it a local service shop and they said that all the brake lines are leaking and the booster is too...:argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: they gave me a quote of 400 for half a days work replacing them all and the booster... sound like a fair price???

Figures out to around $60/hour. But what about parts??
