I am looking for info for you now Phil, maybe somebody else will chime in too.

OK bud, here is what I found. I will do more searching for you if this doesn't help.

1. Disconnect the wire plug from WIF sensor.
2. Use a small band wrench to loosen it then spin her off.
3. Dispose of the fuel in it.
4. Remove the WIF sensor from the filter.
5. Replace the "O" ring on the sensor with the new one supplied with the new filter. Be sure you lube it.
6. Tighten the WIF sensor on to the new filter.
7. Fill the filter and with #2, lube the FF gasket and reinstall.
8. Reconnect the WIF sensor wires and start her up. Check for leaks.

Hope this helps.

BOW, why would you not use the primer bulb? Just cut off a broom handle and pushing the primer button is easy.

Phil, is this issue resolved? Please update.

Yea I changed the filter and it didn't work. So I took it to williams diesel. The lift pump checked out alright so it's something in the ip. 900 dollars is the estimate for parts and labor. I'll lock it.

On edit: That is sweet. I love locking threads...now I see why you liked doing it doc
